Alcohol and Drugs Policy


Almerico is committed to promoting an alcohol and drug free working environment to ensure that our customers maintain confidence in the quality of service we provide.

To achieve this objective staff will be made aware of the policy and will be expected to follow clear policy directives.

Almerico will ensure that reasonable help and support is provided to assist employees with alcohol and drug problems, who voluntarily seek rehabilitation.

Whilst Almerico has a genuine desire to help any employee who has an alcohol or drug related problem, staff who infringe the policy directives may render themselves subject to disciplinary action. Persistent infringement or acts of gross misconduct may result in dismissal.

This policy applies to all employees working for or on behalf of Almerico Ltd.
